Fauxito recipe (for 1 glass)
- 1 lime
- 3-5 blackberries
- 3-5 raspberries
- A dozen fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon rapadura (optional)
- 10cl of coconut water
- 10 cl very foamy kombucha
- Crushed ice
- Cut the lemon into segments.
- Wash blackberries, raspberries and mint leaves. Place them in a tall glass, add the lemon slices and optional sugar.
- Mash with a mallet to extract maximum flavor.
- Top with coconut water and kombucha. Add crushed ice and enjoy!
