  • 2 bananas
  • 400g strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
  • 25 cl of almond milk or Greek yogurt
  • 30g walnuts (or other dried fruit of your choice)
  • 30g macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of goji berries

Steps

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces, put them in a freezer bag, close it and put them in the freezer.

Wash the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and place them on a paper towel.

In the glass of a blender, put the bananas, 250 g of strawberries, the almond milk and beat until you get a creamy consistency.

Chop the walnuts and macadamia nuts with a knife.

To serve, divide the mixture obtained in the blender into 4 bowls. Spread some blueberries and raspberries, the nut mix: macadamia nuts, blueberries and raspberries, and goji berries. Bon Appetite !
