To keep this aromatic herb fresh in the fridge, first take an empty jar and clean it properly. Fill it halfway with water and set it aside. Then make sure the cilantro is dry. If you notice traces of moisture, lightly rub your plant with absorbent paper, so as not to break the leaves. Keep in mind that even if you notice your herbs are dirty, avoid washing them, as they must be kept dry. Refrigerate as is. You can rinse them before use.
