- 3 zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 clove of garlic pressed

- A pressed garlic clove

- To start, grate the courgettes, soak them in salt for 10 to 15 minutes

- Pour your shredded zucchini into a large bowl and add the egg, basil, corn, and spices.
- Using a spatula, mix well until ingredients are evenly distributed.

Lightly grease a nonstick skillet (you can wipe the skillet with a paper towel to limit the amount of oil) and cook your donuts over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutesthen flip them to the other side and cook them for 5 to 7 minutesthen flip one last time and cook for 3 minutes (cover the pan during each cooking).
Serve on a plate while it’s still hot and enjoy.
To make the dipping sauce, simply place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

If you want to have crispy and golden donuts, you should cook them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cooking them in the oven will dry them out and your donuts will turn into pancakes.
