How to make a Korean patch to reduce droopy eyelids, wrinkles and dark circles?

adminDecember 18, 2022

For your beauty, why not go for the secrets of Asian women. This time it’s about the Korean patches worn by these beautiful porcelain-skinned women. They can be done at home for a beauty ritual at night.

Korean women pass down a closely guarded beauty secret from mother to daughter. That is why they manage to have a fresh and radiant complexion but also a beautiful look.

What are the causes of droopy eyelids and dark circles?

Several elements can explain the phenomenon of droopy eyelids. Excess skin of the upper eyelid but also weakness of the facial muscles, not to mention the effect of aging. Dark circles, on the other hand, are linked to the dark pigmentation that surrounds the eye. Several factors can justify its presence, such as poor blood circulation, deregulation of lymphatic tissues or lack of sleep. To fight against these dermatological disorderspatches straight from Korea are ideal.

To make these patches, you will need:

  • 100 milligrams of boiling water
  • A tablespoon of matcha tea
  • Two tablespoons of green tea
  • One lemon’s juice
  • 4 tablespoons of gelatin

Like matcha tea, green tea is rich in antioxidants to hide signs of fatigue and aging skin. Therefore, it contains polyphenols with venotonic properties. In addition, the tannin it contains would have a softening action but above all an astringent and decongestant. Its caffeine content activates blood microcirculation to reduce brown or blue dark circles.

Lemon is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. The latter would fight dark circles but not only. Its action is to fight wrinkles and produce collagen.

To prepare this treatment adopted by Korean women, you must first pour boiling water and then add green tea and matcha powder. Leave to infuse for a few minutes before adding the juice of a lemon. Mix vigorously and filter everything. Then add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Soak some makeup remover pads in this mixture and store in the refrigerator overnight. The cold will enhance the effect of the homemade product; therefore, it helps to decongest the eyelids. Is recommended to use these korean patches for 15 minutes, every three days, especially at night to avoid the photosensitizing effect of lemon. Next, hydrate your skin with a special eye contour cream.

1- Cucumber is an excellent tonic for the eyelids

Cucumber, full of water, is ideal for reducing dark circles and hydrating the skin. It is also due to its richness in caffeic acids and ascorbic acids that it reduces inflammation. which is located on the lower eyelid. To enjoy it, put cucumber slices in the refrigerator overnight. Then leave on lids for up to 20 minutes for a bright, awake look. A convincing argument to adopt cucumber in your beauty routine.

2- Chamomile sachets are natural firming agents for the eyelids

It is recommended to use chamomile for its calming effect . You can use used and cooled envelopes beforehand. This ritual can be adopted without moderation for a maximum of 20 minutes for each eye.
