In which cases is it possible to request replacement tickets?
In the event that the state of your ticket does not allow its use, don’t worry, since it is nevertheless exchangeable. You must go personally to the Banque de France or to certain branches of the Post Office to present the damaged notes. The Banque de France will then be able to change your notes or proceed to a bank transfer, if there are any doubts about the authenticity of the notes. In order for torn tickets to be eligible for an exchange, they must meet the following criteria:
