  2. Be sure to mix the yolks and whites well to achieve an even consistency.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the bowl with microwave-safe cling film. Fold one side over so that the steam escapes.
  5. Cook in the microwave at medium intensity for 1 min 45 seconds, remembering to stir several times during cooking. (Cooking time varies depending on the power of your microwave.)
  6. Cover and let stand 30 seconds to 1 minute before serving. Don’t worry if your eggs seem slightly wet. They will finish cooking quietly during the pause time.

N.B : Before cooking, if you wish, you can add herbs, grated cheese or bits of ham to give your scrambled eggs even more flavor.
